The Software Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners in designing, developing as well as implementing/deploying a variety of software applications, managing projects, and providing technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• To implement Business Software, working as a team in all phases of the project implementation life cycle, which includes:-
  a. Project preparation
  b. Business requirement gathering
  c. System design & analysis
  d. System Testing and User Training
• To provide post implementation support which includes:-
  a. Application installation and configuration
  b. Troubleshooting
  c. Report writing using Crystal Report and/or SQL
  d. Supporting and managing Microsoft SQL Server

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any IT disciplines, preferably with knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows Server Platform.
• Applicants with experience in implementing / supporting financial accounting software and/or ERP software is an added advantage.
• Applicants with programming skills is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
